Jean Hoyoux was a Belgian psychologist, astrologer, and krautrock musician. He co-founded l'Institut National d'AnthropoCosmologie with Jacques Vanaise. Hoyoux released at least two private-press albums in small quantities, "Planètes" in 1981, and "Hymne" in 1985. He died in 1986.
