 Альбом 2005 года "Lost and Found" был в своем роде переломным для Mudvayne,группа начала менять свой саунд и значительно отошла от своего дебютника.Теперь это больше не сумасшедший ураган, полный агрессии, а более спокойная и несколько даже философская музыка не потерявшая при этом свою энергию. Группа сохранила свои фирменные фишки: бас-гитара играет далеко не последнюю роль. Она не теряется где-то там, играя вспомогательную функцию, а в полной мере дополняет звук. Оно и понятно Mudvayne-цы одна из немногих групп, до сих пор играющих с одним гитаристом, разработала свой уникальный звук.
Если вам понравился "Lost and Found", то я уверен, что вы не останетесь разочарованными и от этого альбома. Идеи "Потерянного и найденного"
были развиты и преумножены.
Качество записи как всегда на высоте. Несколько сырой саунд уже стал неотъемлемой фишкой группы. Ну а уж о том, как все качественно сыграно и говорить глупо. Mudvayne всегда были хорошо сыгранной группой.
Но все же есть и негативные элементы. В частности, на альбоме очень мало прочно застревающих в память песен. Могу лишь выделить "Do What You Do", "Dull Boy" ,"Never Enough", "Same Ol?" Остальной материал хорош, но абсолютно проходит мимо ушей, хоть ты тресни по диагонали.
Вокал Чада Грея уже не так волнует мозг -)
Тем не менее, альбом хорош, и я с нетерпением буду ждать следующей работы, которая должна выйти уже в этом году. Хотя, мне кажется, она не будет очень уж сильно отличаться от этого релиза.
Но послушать стоит всем, Mudvayne - это группа далеко не второго эшелона Альтернативного метала. Это хорошо зарекомендовавший себя бренд. |
